Commercial Clients

ACQS will work closely with the Commercial Clients and their design team at all stages of a project, from inception and feasibility study to final account. We ensure that a realistic budget is established and be directly involved with the tendering process, contract negotiation and preparation of contract documentation.

During the design and construction phase we operate personal approach in establishing realistic budgets and managing the cost of the project while still realizing client requirements and functionality. We enjoy a hands-on approach through site visits as required. The cost control services include preparing cost plans, preparing tender bills of quantities/ pricing schedules, cost management, post contract works and negotiating final accounts. Our ambition is to satisfy the Client brief by ensuring the best possible value for client money.
