About Us

Angela Crossan MSCSI MRICS, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has been self-employed since 2002. The office is just outside Longford town and is easily accessed from the N4. We offer quantity surveying with complete cost management from feasibility studies right through to final account.

Angela’s career started in 1993 in London civil engineering and tunneling projects. A return home to Ireland in 1998 experience expanded to projects in commercial, health and residential sectors

Angela has a practical knowledge of the construction industry and a thorough understanding of buildability – this combined with continuous professional development in understanding construction contracts gives an edge to the Quantity Surveying services offered.

With nearly 28 years experience of providing quantity surveying services and as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, ACQS provide an expert, reliable and personal service in ensuring our clients get the best value for their money as they make a construction investment, be it large or small. At ACQS we work in partnership with our clients to fully understand their requirements, track the achievement of these throughout the project and ultimately deliver a successful project.
